West Physics Acquires Phoenix Technology Corporation

West Physics, a national diagnostic medical and health physics services provider backed by LNC Partners, has acquired Phoenix Technology Corporation, a Woodstock, Georgia-based provider of diagnostic medical and health physics services. The transaction is West Physics' first add-on since LNC Partners' initial investment in May 2018 and expands West Physics' scale and presence in the market.

West Physics Acquires Radiological Physics Consultants, Inc.

West Physics Consulting, LLC completed the acquisition of Radiological Physics Consultants, Inc. (RPC), a Winston-Salem, North Carolina–based regional medical physics firm. The deal expands West Physics' presence in the Southeast and brings RPC's technical and administrative staff and relationships with more than 350 healthcare facilities into West Physics' national medical/health physics platform; with the acquisition West Physics will employ over 80 professionals supporting over 3,800 customer locations.

West Physics Acquires Tricord's Medical Physics Business

West Physics Consulting, LLC has acquired the medical physics service division of Tricord, Inc., a Paducah, Kentucky-based provider of radiation safety, health, medical, industrial, and environmental physics services. The deal brings Tricord's medical clients into West Physics' national platform (expanding coverage in western Kentucky, southern Missouri, southern Illinois and Tennessee) while Tricord's president Steve Meiners will remain on a part-time consulting basis during the transition.
