Relevant Industrial, LLC announced the acquisition of Houston-headquartered Rawson/ICD, Inc., adding the company's valve, instrumentation, process control and filtration capabilities to Relevant's distribution and service platform. Rawson/ICD's commercial building automation team will be acquired separately by Building Controls & Solutions; the combined transactions expand Relevant's engineering and geographic coverage and increase the platform to over 400 employees across 35 locations.
