Artera Services Acquires Otis Eastern Service from Argonaut Private Equity

Artera Services has acquired Otis Eastern Service, a Wellsville, New York-based pipeline contractor, from Argonaut Private Equity. The acquisition (about 600 employees across seven states) expands Artera’s geographic footprint in the Northeast and Appalachian regions and preserves Otis Eastern’s leadership under CEO Casey Joyce.

Artera Services Acquires Feeney Utility Services Group

Artera Services, a CD&R-backed provider of integrated infrastructure services, completed the acquisition of Feeney Utility Services Group (FUSG), which includes Feeney Brothers Utility Services and DDS Companies. The deal expands Artera's gas distribution and utility services footprint into the Northeastern U.S.; CAI Capital Partners sold its majority interest in FUSG.

Tecta America Acquires Wooster Roofing & Construction (JB Roofing, Akron OH)

Tecta America, the national commercial roofing leader, acquired Akron-based Wooster Roofing & Construction from owner Gary Nusbaum. The business will operate as JB Roofing, a Tecta America Company, and merge with Tecta's existing JB Roofing locations in Tiffin and Worthington to expand regional operations and service capacity.
