Gravyty Acquires Fabrik to Boost Alumni Engagement in the UK

Gravyty has acquired Fabrik, a London-based alumni engagement technology provider, and will integrate Fabrik and its clients into the Graduway from Gravyty solution to expand its UK market leadership. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Gravyty's Engagement + Fundraising Suite by adding Fabrik's alumni, mentoring and fundraising capabilities and expanding its customer base across schools, colleges, universities and nonprofits.
