An affiliate of American Pacific Group (APG) has acquired Interwest Distribution Company, a Denver-based regional distributor of 3M-branded automotive and building films. Interwest will be combined with APG portfolio company Fellers, Inc. as a platform consolidation to expand distribution capabilities across automotive and architectural end markets.

American Pacific Group (APG) has acquired Fellers, Inc., the world's largest vehicle wrap distributor headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. APG partnered with financing sources Platinum Equity and Angelo Gordon to complete the transaction; Bridgepoint Investment Banking served as exclusive financial advisor to Fellers. Fellers CEO Tom Brophy will remain in his role following the sale.

Driven Brands Acquires Auto Glass Fitters

Driven Brands Holdings Inc. acquired Auto Glass Fitters to bolster its U.S. auto glass repair, replacement, and calibration capabilities, expanding its East Coast footprint and mobile service capacity. The deal further densifies Driven Brands' glass portfolio and provides Auto Glass Fitters access to shared services including data analytics, marketing, procurement, and insurance/fleet customer relationships.

SOLV Holdings Acquires Majority Position in QuikCut, Inc.

SOLV Holdings, an affiliate of Ambassador Enterprises, acquired a majority position in QuikCut, an advanced metal fabricator and contract manufacturer based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. QuikCut owners Mark Webb and Carey Sipe will remain in day-to-day roles while SOLV and Ambassador Enterprises provide capital and strategic support to drive growth and synergies with their other industrial holdings.

Inflexion Acquires Cutwel from NorthEdge

Cobalt Service Partners Acquires Digi Security Systems

Cobalt Service Partners, a commercial access solutions platform backed by Alpine Investors, acquired Digi Security Systems, a Tulsa-based commercial security integrator founded in 2003. Digi will remain led by its current executive team as it becomes part of the Cobalt platform; the deal expands Cobalt's footprint in Oklahoma and Texas and marks the platform's seventh acquisition since December 2023.
