AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. acquired Telehealth 2017 Holdings, LLC (doing business as Synzi) from Kinderhook Industries for $42.5 million, with the transaction signing and closing on April 7, 2021. Synzi, a St. Petersburg, Florida-based HIPAA-compliant virtual care and remote patient monitoring SaaS platform, will be integrated into AMN's suite of healthcare workforce and services offerings to accelerate virtual care capabilities and expand patient access nationally.

Vestar Capital Partners Acquires Stratus from Arcapita
