Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, a Boca Raton-based private equity firm, has acquired SuperHero Fire Protection, LLC, a Lawrenceville, Georgia-based fire, life & safety installer and service provider focused on multifamily and commercial end markets. The deal closed September 1, 2021, with financing provided by First Eagle Alternative Credit; terms were not disclosed and SuperHero’s existing owners and senior management retain significant ownership.
