Columbia, Missouri-based GME Supply has acquired Houston-based Wayne Enterprises, a supplier of trade uniforms, FR workwear, PPE and custom embroidery services. The acquisition expands GME Supply’s product and service offering—adding uniform program management and in-house customization—and broadens its reach into oil & gas, utilities and other industrial markets.

GALLS Acquires American Uniform Sales, Inc. and Howard Uniform Co.

GALLS, a leading U.S. supplier of uniforms and tactical gear, has acquired regional uniform retailers American Uniform Sales, Inc. and Howard Uniform Co., expanding its physical footprint and service coverage in key East Coast markets. The deal adds four American Uniform retail locations (Fayetteville, Wilmington, Alexandria, Philadelphia) and Howard Uniform's Baltimore location to GALLS' national distribution network.

ImageFIRST Acquires United Linen & Uniform Services

ImageFIRST, the national linen and laundry provider, has acquired Bartlesville, Oklahoma–based United Linen & Uniform Services, adding the company's one plant, one service center and two depots and marking ImageFIRST's first locations in Oklahoma and Arkansas. United Linen will remain under local leadership and existing employees will be retained; terms were not disclosed.

NOVO Health Services Acquires Madison United Healthcare Linen

Compass Group Equity Partners Acquires Wilnat, Inc. (d/b/a KGM)

St. Louis-based private equity firm Compass Group Equity Partners acquired Wilnat, Inc., which does business as KGM, a Tulsa-based distributor and servicer of meters, regulators, valves, and other flow-control equipment serving utilities and municipalities. The transaction closed December 29, 2021; Compass intends to accelerate KGM's growth through geographic expansion, new product sets, and an expanded services/refurbishment offering. Tim and Nancy Wood were the selling owners.
