Magna5, a NewSpring Holdings platform company, has acquired SpinnerTech, a Long Island/New York-based managed IT services and cloud hosting provider. SpinnerTech founder Adam Spinner will join Magna5 as Executive Director of the New York Metro region as the combined company expands Magna5's managed services and cloud capabilities in the Northeast.
