Platinum Equity signed an agreement to acquire Game Taco, a skill-based mobile gaming platform, and Game Taco will in turn acquire WorldWinner from GSN Games (a division of Sony Pictures Entertainment). The two businesses will be combined under Game Taco leadership — Joshua Barrow as CEO and David Nathanson as Executive Chairman (minority co-investor) — to create a larger skill-games competition platform; financial terms were not disclosed.
