John Henry Foster Minnesota, a portfolio company of High Road Capital Partners, has acquired Sensors Inc. and Sensors Integration Corp., a distributor and integrator of industrial sensing products and systems. The acquisition, completed December 2, 2021, is the second add-on for JHFoster under High Road's ownership and is intended to expand technical capabilities, supplier relationships and support growth initiatives for the combined businesses.

Ondas Holdings Acquires Controlling Interest in Insight Intelligent Sensors

Ondas Holdings has acquired a controlling interest in Israel-based Insight Intelligent Sensors to strengthen its AI-driven electro-optical sensing capabilities and integrate the company's Smart Imaging Module into Ondas' autonomous systems. The deal advances Ondas' strategy to unify sensing, autonomy, and communications across its Ondas Autonomous Systems platforms for defense, homeland security, and environmental resilience markets.

HEICO Corporation Acquires Sensor Systems, Inc.

HEICO Corporation's Electronic Technologies Group acquired all of the stock of Sensor Systems, Inc. in a transaction using cash and approximately 575,000 HEICO Class A common shares. Sensor, a Chatsworth, California-based designer and manufacturer of airborne antennas (approximately 200 employees), will continue operating under its current name and location; HEICO expects the acquisition to be accretive to earnings in the year following the acquisition.

H.I.G. Capital Acquires Penhall Company

Cognizant Acquires Digital Engineering Assets from Hunter Technical Resources
