Accudynamics Acquires DCG Precision Manufacturing

Incodema Acquires Majestic Metals

CORE Industrial Partners portfolio company Incodema Holdings LLC has acquired Majestic Metals, a Denver-based precision sheet metal fabricator. The acquisition will combine Majestic Metals with Incodema, Newcut and Dahlquist Machine to expand a nationwide precision manufacturing platform and broaden capabilities across sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining and finishing for end markets including medical, aerospace & defense, and electronics.

Accu-Tube Acquires Mercury Tube

Accu-Tube, a precision small-diameter stainless steel tubing manufacturer backed by Washington Equity Partners, has acquired Mercury Tube, a nearby Englewood, Colorado manufacturer of high-precision stainless steel and high-nickel alloy tubing. Mercury Tube will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary out of its 40,000 sq. ft. facility; the deal expands Accu-Tube's product range and capabilities—particularly for medical and aerospace end markets.

Alloy Group Acquires Dec-Tam Corporation

The Alloy Group, a Pittsburgh-based specialty contractor owned by investors of The White Oak Group, has acquired Dec-Tam Corporation, a New England environmental specialty contracting firm founded in 1981. The add-on expands Alloy's environmental remediation, surface preparation, and facilities services capabilities and increases its presence in the New England region; the acquisition was led by Atlanta-based private equity firm The White Oak Group.
