CSW Industrials, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSWI) acquired PSP Products, Inc. for $40 million, a transaction funded with cash on hand and borrowings under its revolving credit facility. PSP, a maker of surge protection devices and load management systems for HVAC/R and electrical contractors, was acquired at an implied multiple of ~5.0x trailing EBITDA and is expected to be accretive in the first full year.

Winsupply Acquires Discount Drainage Supply from Foundation Investment Partners

Winsupply Inc. has acquired Discount Drainage Supply (DDS), a three-location Ohio distributor of drainage pipe, PVC piping, culvert and septic supplies, from private equity firm Foundation Investment Partners. The transaction transfers DDS’s Akron, Columbus and Cincinnati operations to Winsupply; terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition adds Shoemaker's grilles, registers, and diffusers (GRD) portfolio and increases CSWI's regional presence in the Pacific Northwest while expected to be accretive to earnings in the first full year of ownership.

The add-on expands Data Clean's capabilities in airflow containment and extends its geographic reach into the Mountain West, targeting hyperscalers, ISPs, colocation providers and enterprise data centers.

Wind Point Partners Acquires Clean Solutions Group

Chicago-based private equity firm Wind Point Partners has acquired Clean Solutions Group (CSG), a U.S. manufacturer of nonwoven filtration media and sanitation products, from Branford Castle Partners (Fund II). CSG operates five manufacturing facilities across the Southeast with over 400 employees; Wind Point will partner with CEO Keith White and management to pursue organic expansion and an M&A-driven growth strategy to broaden production capabilities and end-market penetration.
