DermCare Management Acquires Absolute Aesthetics Rejuvenation and Laser Center

Plantation, Florida-based Absolute Aesthetics Rejuvenation and Laser Center has been acquired by DermCare Management LLC, a dermatology practice management platform and portfolio company of Hildred Capital. Dresner Partners advised Absolute Aesthetics on the sale; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal expands DermCare's footprint in aesthetic and dermatology services as it continues to scale its multi-practice platform.
