BRP Group, Inc. (through subsidiaries Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners and Millennial Specialty Insurance) agreed to acquire substantially all assets of RogersGray Inc., Breakwater Brokerage, LLC and Monomoy Insurance Group, LLC. The Partnership adds approximately $38.8 million of revenue and ~220 colleagues, expanding BRP Group's middle-market and MainStreet presence in New England and adding Monomoy's homeowners MGA to BRP's MGA platform.

BRP Group Acquires Burnham Benefits and Burnham Gibson Wealth Advisors

BRP Group, through its middle-market subsidiary Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners (BKS-Partners), agreed to acquire Burnham Benefits Insurance Services, Inc. and Burnham Gibson Wealth Advisors, Inc., expanding BRP's footprint in Southern California and adding approximately $52.6 million of annualized revenue and ~130 colleagues. The transaction brings wealth management capabilities (BGWA with nearly $2.5 billion AUM) into BRP's middle-market operating group and is expected to close on December 31, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.

BRP Group Acquires Jacobson, Goldfarb & Scott (JGS)

(JGS), a Holmdel, New Jersey-based specialty insurance broker and MGA. The transaction adds approximately $43.3 million of revenue and ~130 colleagues to BRP Group and expands its specialty and middle-market commercial insurance capabilities, particularly in habitational real estate, construction and manufacturing & distribution.

BRP Group (BKS-Partners) Acquires Insurance Risk Partners, LLC

BRP Group, Inc., through its BKS-Partners operating group (Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners, LLC), acquired substantially all assets of Insurance Risk Partners, LLC, an Oklahoma City-based provider of property & casualty insurance and risk consulting. The acquisition (announced April 1, 2020) brings IRP's ~$7.0 million in annual revenues and expands BRP/BKS's large-account and technical insurance capabilities in the energy, infrastructure and power sectors.

BRP Group Acquires National Health Plans & Benefits Agency (NHPBA)

BRP Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRP) acquired substantially all the assets of National Health Plans & Benefits Agency, LLC (NHPBA), a Fraser, Michigan-based provider of individual health insurance products. NHPBA brings ~50 colleagues, approximately $11.4 million of revenue and a growing Medicare practice, and will operate within BRP Group's Guided Solutions operating group.

BRP Group (BKS-Partners) Acquires Lanier Upshaw, Inc.

BRP Group, through its subsidiary Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners (BKS-Partners), agreed to acquire substantially all assets of Lanier Upshaw, an independent insurance agency based in Lakeland and Tampa, Florida. The transaction (expected to close Jan 1, 2020) will fold Lanier Upshaw into BRP's Middle Market Operating Group to expand its Central Florida market presence and broaden client capabilities in healthcare, higher education, construction and nonprofit segments.
