Chicago-based private equity firm Wind Point Partners has acquired MOREgroup, a Fort Worth-based family of architecture, design and engineering brands focused on education, healthcare and federal government markets. MOREgroup, previously backed by Godspeed Capital, employs over 700 people across 17 U.S. offices; Wind Point will partner with existing management to pursue geographic expansion and an M&A-driven growth strategy.
