Green Street has acquired Australian Property Journal to expand its Green Street News offering into Australia and broaden its global commercial real estate coverage. Nelson Yap, the founder and owner of Australian Property Journal, will join the Green Street News Australia team as the publication is rebranded to Green Street News Australia.

Green Street Advisors Acquires Four Publications from Harrison Scott Publications

Green Street Advisors has entered into an agreement to acquire four trade publications—Real Estate Alert, Commercial Mortgage Alert, Hedge Fund Alert, and Asset-Backed Alert—from Harrison Scott Publications. The acquisition, funded in part by parent investor Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS), will expand Green Street's research and analytics offering by adding independent news and trade publishing capabilities and will maintain the titles' editorial independence in Hoboken, New Jersey.
