Bradford White Corporation Acquires Heat-flo

Bradford White Corporation has acquired Heat-flo, a manufacturer of stainless steel indirect water-heating and hydronic storage tanks, expanding Bradford White's portfolio of indirect water-heating solutions. Heat-flo will continue operating from its Uxbridge, Massachusetts facility and will be supported by Bradford White’s Laars Heating Systems subsidiary to accelerate product and market growth.

Waterlogic Acquires Smart Water

Waterlogic has acquired Smart Water, a Kendall Park, New Jersey-based provider of bottleless water coolers founded by Drew and Natalie Chafey in 2002. The deal expands Waterlogic Americas' direct presence in the Mid-Atlantic and brings Smart Water's service-oriented customer base into the Waterlogic platform.

Clearlake-backed FloWorks Acquires Flotech

FloWorks International LLC, a specialty flow control distribution platform backed by Clearlake Capital, has acquired Flotech, Inc., a value-added distributor and servicer of industrial valves across the U.S. Southeast. The deal adds Flotech's three service locations (Jacksonville, FL; Charleston, SC; Mobile, AL) to FloWorks' network of 50+ branches to expand product offerings (including pressure relief valves) and accelerate end-market growth; financial terms were not disclosed.

Waterlogic Americas Acquires Aqua Systems

Waterlogic Acquires Hidrospot in Colombia
