GHO Capital has realised its investment and will exit; the transaction will provide funding to support BioAgilytix’s international expansion, capacity and capability investments, and buy-and-build strategy in large-molecule bioanalytical services. BioAgilytix is headquartered in Durham, North Carolina and employs about 870 staff across the United States, Europe and Australia.
