Gemspring Capital Management, through an affiliate, has acquired Fenceworks, LLC, a Riverside, California–based fencing installer and distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed; Fenceworks operates ~15 locations in California with approximately 500 employees and provides installation and wholesale distribution to homebuilders, commercial customers, and local fencing providers.

Fenceworks Acquires Kansas Fencing

Farragut Capital Partners, ZJM Equity and Broadgate Capital Acquire Accurate Fabrication

Farragut Capital Partners, in partnership with ZJM Equity LLC, Broadgate Capital LLC and incoming President Eric Welak, has acquired Accurate Fabrication, LLC, a precision metal fabricator based in Hartford, Wisconsin. Farragut provided senior subordinated debt and preferred equity from Farragut SBIC Fund II to support the transaction; the investor group plans to use Accurate as a platform for further acquisitions in the metal fabrication industry.

Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) acquired C&C Fence, a McDonough, Georgia-based commercial and industrial fencing provider, in a transaction that closed on February 20, 2024. The acquisition adds C&C's commercial fencing, temporary barrier and access control capabilities (including its Lady Fencer resale division) to PSG's growing perimeter solutions platform as an add-on to expand its footprint in the Southern US.
