RF Investment Partners, a lower-middle-market growth capital firm, has acquired S&K Building Services, an Indianapolis-based provider of commercial window washing, pressure washing, and metal/glass restoration services. RF will partner with founder and CEO Scott Spidel to support organic growth and a buy-and-build M&A strategy to expand S&K's geographic footprint across the U.S.
