The Silicon Partners, Inc. (TSP) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire iXerv Americas, an SAP SuccessFactors and HXM services provider. The acquisition expands TSP's SAP services capabilities (including SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Qualtrics, RPA and AI/ML) and strengthens its presence across the Americas, Caribbean and Latin America.
