Eqlipse Technologies, a platform of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired Net Vision Consultants, Inc., an analytics and engineering services provider focused on multi-modal telecom analysis and cloud analytics for defense and intelligence customers. The acquisition adds Net Vision's SIGINT, telecom-analysis and cloud analytics capabilities to Eqlipse's full-spectrum cyber, signals intelligence and identity-management engineering offerings.
