Velocity Clinical Research Acquires MedPharmics

Velocity Clinical Research, a portfolio company of GHO Capital, has acquired MedPharmics, a U.S.-based multi-site clinical research organization. The add-on expands Velocity's network by eight sites (bringing it to 40 locations), adds just over 100 employees, and improves access to diverse patient populations including African American and Native American communities.
