American Roller Acquires PETCO Inc.

Timken Acquires American Roller Bearing Company

The Timken Company has acquired the assets of American Roller Bearing Company (ARB), a North Carolina-based manufacturer of industrial bearings that generated more than $30 million in sales in 2022. The asset purchase brings ARB's installed base, aftermarket business and two manufacturing facilities in Hiddenite and Morganton, North Carolina into Timken; the Succop family, which founded and owned ARB, sold the business.

American Roller Acquires Big River Roller

American Roller has acquired Big River Roller, a Paris, Arkansas-based industrial roller and core manufacturer, in a transaction that expands American Roller’s capabilities in rubber coverings and core design while extending its presence in the U.S. South. Terms were not disclosed; Big River’s founding members are joining as part of American Roller’s ownership group and the deal has already resulted in expanded service routes and integrated core manufacturing capabilities.

American Equipment Holdings Acquires Kistler Crane & Hoist

The deal expands American Equipment's geographic footprint into the Midwest and strengthens its quoting, engineering, parts and field service capabilities as an add-on to its consolidating platform.

V&S Galvanizing Acquires Korns Galvanizing Company, Inc.

V&S Galvanizing, a Columbus, Ohio-based hot-dip galvanizing services provider and part of Hill & Smith PLC, has acquired Korns Galvanizing Company, Inc., a Johnstown, Pennsylvania-based spin and hot-dip galvanizer. The acquisition expands V&S's regional capacity and capabilities for small-kettle galvanizing in the Eastern United States and brings Korns into V&S's network of facilities.
