KCP Advisory Group has merged Remuda Advisors into its firm and appointed Remuda founder Steven Bellah as Senior Managing Director to lead a new Dallas office and head the Lender Services Group. The move expands KCP's turnaround and restructuring capabilities and brings Remuda's portfolio management and wind-down expertise into KCP's advisory platform.
