Carrier Global Acquires BrokerBay Inc.

Carrier Global Corporation has agreed to acquire BrokerBay Inc., a Toronto-based developer of a cloud-based real estate showing and scheduling platform. The acquisition (expected to close in October) will integrate BrokerBay's digital showing management capabilities with Carrier Fire & Security's Supra lockbox and mobile credentialing business to strengthen access solutions and drive recurring services revenue; terms were not disclosed.

Canto Acquires Image Relay

Canto, a leading provider of digital asset management (DAM) software, has acquired Image Relay, a Burlington, Vermont–based SaaS vendor that combines DAM and product information management (PIM). The deal brings Image Relay founder and CEO Skye Chalmers into Canto’s team and expands Canto’s product capabilities to offer a unified DAM+PIM solution for industries such as retail, manufacturing and CPG.

The terms were not disclosed; Union Bay said this is its fourteenth acquisition as it continues to consolidate regional property-casualty agencies to expand its platform and capabilities.

BOXX Insurance Acquires Templarbit

Neostella Acquires Work-Relay

Neostella, a Milwaukee-based hyperautomation and automation consulting firm, has signed an agreement to acquire Chicago-based Work-Relay, a Salesforce-native Business Process Management (BPM) SaaS platform. The acquisition brings Work-Relay’s workflow automation technology, clients, and personnel into Neostella to expand its end-to-end hyperautomation capabilities and address a larger base of Salesforce customers; the parties expect the deal to close within a few weeks pending customary conditions.
