Charterhouse-backed Funecap Groupe has acquired Facultatieve Group, including its UK subsidiary Facultatieve Technologies Limited. The deal expands Funecap's crematoria management and equipment capabilities across Europe (strengthening positions in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and the UK) and bolsters its leadership in crematoria equipment and maintenance; Facultatieve's management will remain as significant shareholders.
