Alstom Acquires B&C Transit, Inc.

Alstom has agreed to acquire B&C Transit, Inc., a U.S.-based transit engineering design and construction firm specializing in passenger rail signalling and communications. The acquisition will make B&C Transit a wholly owned subsidiary, strengthening Alstom’s signalling and systems engineering capabilities and expanding its presence on the U.S. West Coast and across North America.
