Acuity Eyecare Group, a portfolio company of Riata Capital Group, acquired two single-location optometry practices: Carlsson Family Eye Center in Gilbert, Arizona, and Pediatric & Adult Vision Care in Wexford (with a Vision Therapy office in Fox Chapel), Pennsylvania. The transactions are add-on acquisitions that expand Acuity’s presence in the Phoenix and Pittsburgh markets as part of its continued roll-up of community eyecare practices.
