Genuine Health Group Acquires Accountable Care Medical Group

Genuine Health Group, backed by a $160 million capital infusion from Crestline Investors, acquired Accountable Care Medical Group (ACMG), a Florida-based physician group that operates ACOs. The acquisition adds roughly $225 million in annualized revenue, more than 14,000 Medicare patients and 60+ primary care physicians, expanding Genuine Health's footprint in Florida and into Georgia and South Carolina.

Grovecourt Capital Partners Acquires Premier Radiology Services

Grovecourt Capital Partners, a West Palm Beach-based private equity firm, has acquired Premier Radiology Services, a Miami-based teleradiology provider. Capitala Group and Siguler Guff provided financing (Capitala also took a minority equity stake) to support the transaction; Grovecourt intends to support Premier's organic growth and strategic M&A to expand its teleradiology platform.

Eventus WholeHealth Acquires Premier Geriatric Solutions

Eventus WholeHealth, a private equity–backed physician-led provider, has acquired Premier Geriatric Solutions, a provider of value-based medical directorships, primary care and behavioral health services for long-term care facilities. The deal expands Eventus' value-based care capabilities and geographic footprint across Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina; the combined organization will operate under the Eventus brand and together will include more than 800 clinicians and staff serving roughly 44,000 patients in long-term care.

Trinity Health Acquires Majority Stake in Premier Health

Trinity Health acquired a majority ownership stake in Premier Health, a national operator of health system‑branded urgent care clinics headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Cano Health Acquires Primary Care Physicians of Hollywood (PCP)

Cano Health, LLC acquired certain assets of Primary Care Physicians of Hollywood (PCP), adding 11 PCP medical centers and expanding Cano's South Florida footprint to 35 primary care centers. The acquisition makes Cano Health one of the largest independent primary care providers in Florida, increasing its patient base to over 73,000 and broadening services for seniors across Miami‑Dade and Broward counties.
