The capital will support growth of AppLearn’s ADOPT platform and the company’s planned expansion into new geographies such as the United States.

ServiceNow signed an agreement to acquire the in‑app mobile analytics platform, intellectual property and R&D talent of Israel‑based Appsee. The deal will add deep user analytics capabilities to the Now Platform and bring Appsee's co‑founders and engineering team into ServiceNow (establishing a presence in central Tel‑Aviv); financial terms were not disclosed and the acquisition was expected to close by the end of Q2 2019.
