Urgent Care Group Acquires Access Medical in North Myrtle Beach

Nashville-based Urgent Care Group has acquired Access Medical, a single-location urgent care center in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The clinic — Access Medical's 22nd center to join the Urgent Care Group network — will be rebranded as MEDcare Urgent Care and expand hours and online patient services under the MEDcare brand.

HCA Healthcare Acquires MD Now Urgent Care

HCA Healthcare has acquired MD Now Urgent Care, a Florida-based network of 59 urgent care centers, from private equity owners including Brentwood Associates and Blue Sea Capital. The deal, completed at the end of 2021, expands HCA's ambulatory and urgent care footprint in Florida and connects MD Now patients to HCA's statewide hospital and specialty care network.

PromptCare Acquires Coastal Infusion Services
