Centrica Acquires ENSEK from LDC

Centrica has acquired ENSEK, a Nottingham-headquartered provider of energy-sector digital transformation and the Ignition billing and customer account management platform, from private equity investor LDC. The transaction, which completed in September 2024 after regulatory approvals, strengthens Centrica's capabilities to manage customer billing and accelerate migration of British Gas customers onto ENSEK's platform.
