The deal gives Transit Technologies greater control of end-to-end hardware and field services, improving speed-to-value and multi-site execution for public sector, campus, K-12, and commercial fleet clients.

VTG Acquires Byte Systems, iota IT, and Tunuva Technologies

The deals, following VTG's majority investment from A&M Capital, are intended to bolster VTG's cybersecurity, software development, systems engineering, and data analytics offerings; terms were not disclosed.
