Lazer Spot, headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, is a national leader in outsourced yard management services (trailer spotting and shuttling) operating at 400+ sites across the United States and Canada; management will remain significant owners and Harvest will support organic growth and an accelerated acquisition strategy.

EQT Value-Add Infrastructure Acquires Majority Stake in SK Shieldus

EQT Value-Add Infrastructure (EQT Infrastructure VI) has agreed to acquire a 68% stake in SK Shieldus from SK Square and Macquarie Asset Management's infrastructure business, with SK Square retaining a 32% minority holding. The investment marks EQT's first infrastructure investment in South Korea and aims to accelerate SK Shieldus's digitalization, expand its physical and cyber security offerings, and support fleet decarbonization and operational improvements.

Constellation is a London-headquartered cold storage owner-operator with 26 large facilities across seven Western European and Nordic countries, ~700 employees and expected FY24 revenue above EUR 150 million; EQT will support further geographic expansion, consolidation and investments in automation and digital capabilities.

Bluestem Equity Acquires United Vision Logistics

Bluestem Equity Ltd. completed the acquisition of Lafayette, Louisiana-based United Vision Logistics (UVL), a land transportation and logistics provider offering heavy haul, long haul, and expedited services across the United States and Canada. UVL — which operates out of Lafayette and Houston and maintains a network of over 100 facilities and a large fleet of owner-operators and partnered carriers — will continue operating under its existing leadership as Bluestem partners to grow the business.

EQT Private Equity Acquires Majority Stake in Parcel2Go

EQT Infrastructure V Co-Invests in Deutsche Glasfaser
