Transaction Data Systems Acquires PrescribeWellness from Tabula Rasa HealthCare

Transaction Data Systems (TDS) completed the acquisition of PrescribeWellness from Tabula Rasa HealthCare in a transaction reported at $140 million. The deal expands TDS's pharmacy software and patient-engagement capabilities—bringing PrescribeWellness's adherence, vaccination and patient-communication tools across TDS's large independent pharmacy base (serving more than 15,000 pharmacies).
