Alpha II, supported by growth equity firm WestView Capital Partners, has acquired Madison-based Health eFilings to expand its revenue cycle management platform with clinical data analytics and automated MIPS reporting. The combined business will integrate Alpha II's denial-prevention content and rules engine with Health eFilings' analytics to offer enhanced revenue integrity and value-based care reporting for healthcare providers.
