Charlesbank Technology Opportunities Fund, managed by Charlesbank Capital Partners, made a majority investment in ImageQuix, a Raleigh-based provider of workflow and e-commerce software for the high-volume photography industry. ASG (the prior sponsor) will exit or reduce its stake while ImageQuix CEO Alex Kovacevic and management remain shareholders; the capital will be used to accelerate organic growth and pursue M&A.

FotoNotes Acquires SiteCapture and Rebrands Combined Entity as SiteCapture

AutoQuotes (AQ), a portfolio company of Luminate Capital Partners, has acquired Axonom, the maker of the Powertrak visual configuration and guided-selling platform. The acquisition adds visual configuration, AR/VR and guided-selling capabilities to AQ's quote-to-cash and CPQ suite to help manufacturers (especially in foodservice equipment) digitally engage channels and end customers and expand AQ's capabilities into adjacent manufacturing verticals.

The deal brings ThinkLP into ASG's vertical SaaS platform (ASG's 50th software acquisition); founder Doug Treleaven will transition out of day-to-day operations and Spencer Marzouk will become CEO.
