Under Beekman's ownership Mesmerize transformed from an out-of-home advertising business into a leading healthcare media platform; MJH will integrate Mesmerize's point-of-care and OOH capabilities into its portfolio to expand its healthcare media and marketing offerings.

The Vistria Group Acquires Professional Health Care Network (PHCN) from Serent Capital
