The Riverside Company has formed a new fire and life safety platform through acquisitions of American Service Company (ASC) in eastern Massachusetts and Advanced Fire Protection Systems (AFPS) in the Baltimore / D.C. area. Riverside plans to invest in sales and marketing, expand service offerings, and pursue further add-on acquisitions to scale the combined Northeast / Mid‑Atlantic platform.
