SPS Commerce Acquires InterTrade Systems Inc.

SPS Commerce, a Minneapolis-based provider of retail cloud services, acquired InterTrade Systems Inc., a supply-chain and product/transaction data exchange solutions provider, from mdf commerce inc. The deal was for approximately $49 million in cash and is intended to expand SPS Commerce's retail trading network and capabilities across apparel and general merchandise markets in North America.

SPS Commerce Acquires Traverse Systems

SPS Commerce, a publicly traded retail supply chain cloud services company, has acquired Traverse Systems, a SaaS provider of vendor performance management and scorecarding solutions, for approximately $29.3 million ($25.0M cash and $4.3M stock). The acquisition expands SPS Commerce’s capabilities in supply chain performance and optimization and is expected to add incremental revenue in 2024 and 2025 while modestly impacting near-term Adjusted EBITDA.

SPS Commerce Acquires Data Masons

SPS Commerce, Inc. acquired D Masons Software, LLC (Data Masons), a cloud-hosted EDI software and services provider focused on the Microsoft ERP market; the deal closed December 17, 2020. As part of SPS Commerce, Data Masons' customers will gain access to SPS's global retail network and expanded supply-chain connectivity and EDI capabilities. Founders Advisors served as the sell-side advisor to Data Masons.

SPS Commerce Acquires SupplyPike

SPS Commerce acquired SupplyPike, a vertical SaaS provider of invoice deduction management and prevention solutions for CPG suppliers, for approximately $119 million in cash plus $87 million in stock. The acquisition expands SPS Commerce’s retail supply chain product portfolio by adding automated deduction monitoring, dispute automation and revenue-recovery capabilities; SupplyPike will operate as part of SPS’s cloud offerings.

SPS Commerce Acquires MAPADOC

SPS Commerce, a Minneapolis-based retail cloud services provider, acquired the MAPADOC business (an operating unit of SWK Technologies/SilverSun Technologies) for $11.5 million in cash. The purchase adds MAPADOC’s EDI system automation capabilities and deeper ERP integrations for the Sage and Acumatica markets to SPS Commerce’s retail trading network and cloud platform.

Speyside Equity Advisers Acquires GSC Technologies

Speyside Equity Advisers completed the acquisition of GSC Technologies, a North American manufacturer of plastic storage and organization products. The private equity firm said the deal will provide new capitalization and operational support to fuel GSC's next phase of growth and value creation.
