Denver-based Platform Capital, through its operating platform Platform Fuels Distribution Holdings (Platform Fuels), acquired six independent propane retailers across Oklahoma: Green's Propane (Wellston), Menz Propane (Union City), Dales' Propane (Clayton), Kiamichi LP Gas (Idabel), Ned Guest LP Gas OK (Valliant) and McCurtain County Propane (Broken Bow). The transactions represent an initial platform investment totaling more than $10 million in combined revenue and 5.75 million gallons of annual propane sales; Platform Fuels will retain local trade names and personnel while consolidating administrative functions and implementing operational technology to drive growth and margin expansion.
