Inter-Mountain Truss Company, Inc., a wood truss manufacturer based in Oakdale, California, was sold to Central Valley entrepreneur Jeff McKay by long-time majority owner Lance Lester; terms were not disclosed. Lester will assist with the ownership transition and plans to retire; McKay has hired David Johnson to run the business and was represented by Gold Country Advisors in the transaction.
