Bullhorn has acquired Textkernel, an Amsterdam-headquartered leader in AI-driven resume parsing, semantic search/match and labor market insights, to accelerate Bullhorn's AI strategy for the staffing and recruitment industry. The acquisition adds Textkernel's parsing and matching technology (used by thousands of staffing firms and Fortune 500 companies) to Bullhorn's recruitment CRM and operations platform to deepen sourcing AI capabilities.
