Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) has acquired Zilker Technology, a digital consultancy and systems integrator based in Austin, Texas. The acquisition will strengthen EY's e-commerce, digital, enterprise integration, and cloud capabilities and bring Zilker's ~360 employees into EY's Digital and Emerging Technologies group.

HSO Acquires Canadian Microsoft Dynamics Partner CRM Dynamics Ltd
