TFI International Acquires JHT Holdings

TFI International agreed to acquire JHT Holdings, an asset-light North American logistics and transportation provider that specializes in transporting Class 6-8 trucks from OEMs to dealers and end customers. JHT, based in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, operates a 25-terminal network (8 owned), generates more than US$500 million in annual revenue, and is expected to close in the third quarter subject to customary adjustments.

The acquisition adds Hydra's five warehouses (approximately 1.5 million square feet) in the Louisville/southern Indiana area, expanding Buske's 3PL warehousing and transportation capabilities in the bourbon and food processing end markets.

The add‑on deal expands FitzMark’s dry van and flatbed offerings and brings Hometown’s leadership and ~100+ employees into the FitzMark platform; financial terms were not disclosed.

Estes Logistics Acquires Key Trucking Inc

Estes Logistics, a division of Estes Express Lines, has acquired Key Trucking Inc, a regional full-service transportation and freight provider based in Kent, Washington. The acquisition expands Estes' footprint into the Pacific Northwest and transfers all current Key Trucking employees to Estes while preserving the company's legacy under the Castagno family ownership transition.
