Norvestor Acquires Majority Stake in Rantalainen Group Oy

Norvestor VIII SCSp has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in Rantalainen Group Oy, Finland’s largest provider of outsourced accounting and payroll services. Rantalainen, headquartered in Hyvinkää, serves about 20,000 SMEs, employs ~1,200 people across 60 locations and generated over EUR 100 million in 2022; Norvestor will become the largest shareholder following the acquisition from Intera Fund III Ky and Oona Capital and aims to pursue a Nordic buy-and-build strategy.

Rantalainen Group Acquires Norway-based Value Group

Rantalainen Group (majority-owned by Norvestor) has agreed to acquire Value Group, a fast-growing Norwegian accounting, payroll and HR services provider that generates NOK 200 million in revenue and employs about 180 professionals. The add-on deal — expected to close in Q4 2024 — furthers Rantalainen's Nordic expansion and strengthens its capabilities for consolidation across the region.

Renta Group Acquires Gustafssons Uthyrning AB

Renta Group Oy has agreed to acquire Gustafssons Uthyrning AB, a Swedish general equipment rental company with three depots in Oskarshamn, Västervik and Vimmerby. Gustafssons, which has 19 employees and annual revenues of approximately SEK 45 million, will continue local operations while benefiting from Renta's broader product range and digital solutions to strengthen Renta's presence in eastern Sweden.

Norvestor Acquires Majority Stake in Wint Group AB

Wint generates over SEK 140 million in ARR, serves ~4,500 customers, employs about 100 people, and Norvestor will become the company's largest shareholder following the transaction (expected to close Q4 2024).

Renta Group Acquires Näs Rondellen AB

The acquisition strengthens Renta's geographic presence around Gothenburg and adds traffic safety capabilities; Rondellen has over 45 employees and annual revenues above SEK 130 million.

Norvestor Acquires Majority Stake in Pinja Group Oy

Norvestor VIII SCSp has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in Pinja Group Oy, a Finnish industrial software and digitalization services provider headquartered in Jyväskylä. The transaction will make Norvestor the largest shareholder while Pinja's management and key employees retain stakes; the deal is intended to accelerate Pinja's internationalization and M&A-driven growth across the Nordics and Germany and is expected to close around year-end.
