Clearwater Analytics completed its acquisition of Enfusion, a SaaS provider for investment managers and hedge funds, in a transaction valued at approximately $1.5 billion. The deal creates the industry’s first unified, single-instance, multi-tenant cloud-native front-to-back investment management platform by combining Enfusion’s front-office capabilities with Clearwater’s middle- and back-office solutions and expands Clearwater’s international footprint.

The capital will support Clearwater's international expansion (including Europe and Asia-Pacific), continued R&D and pursue transformative M&A opportunities.

Sunstone Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Clearwater

The deal brings together two healthcare-focused cybersecurity and compliance firms to expand Clearwater's managed services, privacy, compliance, and IT-audit capabilities.

Beacon Acquires Coastal Construction Products

Beacon (Nasdaq: BECN) has acquired Jacksonville, Florida-based Coastal Construction Products from Supply Chain Equity Partners and members of Coastal's current and prior management. The acquisition creates a nationwide specialty waterproofing division, expanding Beacon's coast-to-coast footprint and adding Coastal's 18 waterproofing locations and over 200 employees to Beacon's operations.
