U.S. LUMBER GROUP LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Specialty Building Products, LLC, has acquired Mid-State Lumber Corp., a regional wholesaler of building materials. The deal preserves Mid-State's brand and leadership and expands U.S. LUMBER/Specialty Building Products' product offering and geographic footprint across the Mid-Atlantic and New England.
